A Survey and Study on Professional Commitment and Learning Burnout of Primary General-subject Normal Students
Through a survey and analysis of 879 valid samples,it was found that professional commitments of primary general-subject normal students were moderately high.Among them,normative commitment was the highest,emotional commitment and continuance commitment was the second highest and ideal commitment was the lowest.On the whole,primary general-subject normal students experienced some degree of learning burnout,with academic misbehavior being the highest,academic depression being the second highest,and academic achievement being the lowest.Professional commitment and learning burn-out are closely related to teachers'professional identity,professional choice motivation,school's professional curriculum,teachers'teaching level,teaching facilities,professional guidance,class atmosphere,professional practice,students'career planning,interpersonal relationship and health status.To improve the professional commitment and learning burnout of prima-ry general-subject normal students,it is necessary to promote the traditional virtues of respecting teachers and valuing teach-ing,and enhance the recognition of the teaching profession;improve enrollment policies and enhance students'ideological iden-tity;deepen the reform of education and teaching to create a good education environment;and give full play to students'subjec-tive initiative and promote their independent and healthy growth.
