习近平生态文明思想的核心要义、当代价值及实践路径研究

摘要
新时代,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在推进生态文明建设的过程中提出了一系列新理念、新思想,不断开拓对生态文明认识的新视界、新视野,形成了内涵丰富、影响深远的习近平生态文明思想.在核心要义上,习近平生态文明思想涉及促进人与自然和谐共生、绿水青山就是金山银山、建设生态文明制度体系三个重要方面.在价值蕴含上,习近平生态文明思想为树立"共同体"思想指引前行之路、为新时代美丽中国建设提供行动指南、为共谋全球生态文明发展提供中国方案.在践行路径上,强调科技之于环保的地位、强调生态制度之于生态文明的重要性、强调生态意识之于凝聚社会合力的显要,不断推动生态文明事业的发展迈向新台阶.
Abstract
In the new era,the CPC Central Com-mittee with Xi Jinping as the core has put forward a se-ries of new ideas and new thoughts in promoting the construction of ecological civilization,constantly open-ing up new horizons and new ideas for the understand-ing of ecological civilization,and forming the Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization with rich connotation and far-reaching influence.In the core,Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization involves three impor-tant aspects:promoting harmonious coexistence be-tween man and nature,clear water and green mountains being gold and silver mountains,and building an eco-logical civilization system.In terms of value implica-tion,it guides the way forward by establishing the idea of"community",provides action guidelines for the con-struction of beautiful China in the new era,and pro-vides Chinese solutions for the common development of global ecological civilization.In the path of practice,it emphasizes the status of science and technology in envi-ronmental protection,the importance of ecological sys-tem in ecological civilization,and the importance of eco-logical consciousness in gathering social forces,and constantly pushes the development of ecological civili-zation to a new level.
