Abstract
Promoting exchanges and mutual learn-ing among civilizations and respecting the diversity of world civilizations are inevitable requirements for the prosperity and development of human civilization.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture represents the new develop-ment of Marxist cultural theory in contemporary China,reflects the new trend of the development of human civi-lization,and is of great significance to promoting ex-changes and mutual learning among civilizations in the new era.Its formation,development,exchanges and mu-tual learning among civilizations constitute a positive in-teraction between theory and practice,greatly enriching the content of the Communist Party of China's theory of civilization exchanges,and defining the socialist value choice for civilization exchanges with Chinese charac-teristics.
