数字经济与以人民为中心的发展

摘要
中国共产党区别于其他一切政党的根本标志是全心全意为人民服务.中国共产党领导下的经济社会发展是以人民为中心的发展.更有为政府与更有效市场是中国共产党创造的践行以人民为中心发展理念的两只重要抓手.数字技术的发展为更有为政府和更有效市场提供了新的重要技术支撑.本文从上述视角提出了西藏数字经济发展的相应对策.
Abstract
The fundamental symbol of the Commu-nist Party of China that is different from all other politi-cal parties is to serve the people wholeheartedly.Eco-nomic and social development under the leadership of the CPC is people-centered development.A better gov-ernment and a more efficient market are two important ways for the CPC to implement the concept of people-centered development.The development of digital tech-nologies provides new and important technical support for better government and more efficient markets.From the above perspective,this paper puts forward the corre-sponding countermeasures for the development of Xi-zang's digital economy.
