Theory,history and reality:a three-dimensional exploration of the development orientation of the new rural collective economy
It is of practical significance to define the development orientation of the new-type rural col-lective economy for promoting the modernization of Chi-nese agriculture and rural areas.Through a three-dimensional exploration of the theory,history and real-ity of the new rural collective economy,this paper clari-fies its development orientation from the three aspects of nature,law and direction,and finds that the new rural collective economy has the essential attributes of the nature of socialist public ownership,follows the law of the con-tradictory movement of productive forces and produc-tion relations,and is moving toward the development di-rection of realizing the modernization of Chinese style agriculture and rural areas.Therefore,in order to de-velop and strengthen the new rural collective economy in the new journey,the government should always main-tain the public ownership attribute of the new rural col-lective economy,explore its diversified realization forms in consolidating and improving the basic rural management system,stimulate its development vitality in deepening the reform of the property rights system,and enhance the strength of the rural development main body in cultivating the new agricultural management main body,so as to activate the internal impetus for rural development in improving the income distribution system.
