习近平文化思想是马克思主义文化理论的时代新篇,是党在新时代的总体文化思想纲领.这一思想的世界观和方法论集中体现于"六个必须坚持"①的系统概括:即坚持人民至上是习近平文化思想的价值底色;坚持自信自立是习近平文化思想的精神特质;坚持守正创新是习近平文化思想的理论品格;坚持问题导向是习近平文化思想的实践要求;坚持系统观念是习近平文化的思维方法;坚持胸怀天下是习近平文化思想的全球视野.深入系统研究习近平文化思想世界观和方法论之精髓要义,对于加快建设社会主义文化强国,更好担负起新的文化使命等具有重要的意义.
Abstract
Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is the new chapter of Marxist cultural theory and the overall cultural ideological program of the Party in the new era.The worldview and methodology of this thought are concentrated in the systematic generalization of"six insists":That is,to insist on the supremacy of the peo-ple is the value base;to insist on self-confidence and self-reliance is the spiritual characteristic;to insist on the right innovation is the theoretical character;to insist on the problem orientation is the practical re-quirement;to insist on systematic idea is the thinking method;to insist on keeping the world in mind is the global vision.A thorough and systematic study of the essence of the world outlook and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is of great significance for speeding up the construction of a socialist cultural power and better undertaking the new cultural mission.
