摘要
新质生产力是新时代生产力结构布局的系统性生发,其体系建构关乎中国式现代化的有效建成,关涉中国生产效力的潜能释放.对新质生产力的认知,要立足马克思主义政治经济学和习近平经济思想的视阈,深刻挖掘新质生产力的学理基础,不断解蔽数字经济发展的新境遇,领悟新质生产力的理论意涵.对其发展形式,要深入探赜新质劳动力要素、新质劳动对象要素和新质劳动资料要素等的逻辑研究,全面释析新质生产力的动力结构.立基新质生产力的逻辑实践理路,要不断强化国家、社会、企业和个人间的通力合作,建立具有中国特色的新质生产力布局和发展体系.
Abstract
The new quality productivity is the sys-tematic development of the structural layout of produc-tivity in the new era,and its system construction is re-lated to the effective completion of Chinese-style mod-ernization and the potential release of China's production efficiency.The cognition of the new quality productivity should be based on the visual threshold of Marxist Political Economy and Xi Jinping Thought on Economy,deeply excavate the theoretical basis of the new quality productivity,constantly unmask the new situation of the development of digital economy,and understand the theoretical implications of the new quality productivity.For its development form,it is nec-essary to study the elements of the new quality labor force,the new quality labor object and the new quality labor data,so as to comprehensively analyze the dynamic structure of the new quality productivity.Based on the logical practice of new quality productivi-ty,we should constantly strengthen the cooperation a-mong the state,society,enterprises and individuals,and establish a new quality productivity layout and de-velopment system with Chinese characteristics.
