Practicing the"two-mountain"theory:to explore and broaden the value transformation path of ecological products in Nagchu
At present,the concept of"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets"has been highly recognized by all walks of life.However,transforming the"lucid waters and lush mountains"into"invaluable assets"to meet the both needs of the people for a good ecological environment and for a bet-ter material and cultural life,that is,realizing the coor-dinated development of economy and ecology,requires us to scientifically apply the ecological economic man-agement model.Through a certain system and mecha-nism,the ecological environment is"productized",so that the protection and restoration of the ecological en-vironment can obtain reasonable returns,the destruction of the ecological environment can pay the corresponding price,and the combination of ecological industry and ecological industrialization can be realized.Nagchu is an important part of national ecolog-ical security barrier,thus opening up the transformation path of the"two mountains"and exploring the green de-velopment path of the"fourth industry"with lucid wa-ters and lush mountains are important topics to promote the construction of ecological civilization and the high-quality development of the plateau economy.In view of the shortcomings in the practical transformation of the value of ecological products in Nagchu in terms of ide-ological understanding,marketization,compensation and accounting mechanism,cross-regional cooperation and talent team construction,this paper compares and analyzes the typical experience of successful domestic pilots with similar development,production and quality improvement of ecological products.From the overall layout,the paper makes four suggestions:establishing and improving the evaluation value system and ac-counting mechanism of ecological products,establishing and improving the vertical and horizontal ecological compensation mechanism,establishing and improving the resource and environmental rights trading market,and speeding up the construction of na-tional ecological park.
