摘要
随着数字技术的飞速发展,党校教育面临新的历史机遇.全区党校信息化建设已经取得一定成绩,但在发展理念、基础设施、管理手段、服务模式等方面仍有较大差距.为更好适应干部教育需求和提升教学管理效率,需要构筑"区市县纵向贯通、多部门横向协同、上下级业务指导、优质资源融合共享"的一体化干部教育新模式,促进数字技术和干部教育深度融合,走出一条符合自身实际、贴合地域特征的智慧校园建设新途径,在新起点上以智慧校园建设为契机推动西藏干部教育事业高质量发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology,Party school education is facing a new his-torical opportunity.The informatization construction of Party schools in Xizang has made some achievements,but there is still a big gap in the development concept,infrastructure,management means,service mode and other aspects.In order to better meet the needs of cadre education and improve the efficiency of teaching man-agement,it is necessary to build a new integrated cadre education model of"vertical connection between dis-tricts,cities and counties,horizontal coordination among multiple departments,guidance from superior to subordinate,as well as integration and sharing of high-quality resources".It is also necessary to promote the deep integration of digital technology and cadre educa-tion,find a new way to build smart campus that is in line with its own reality and fits regional characteristics,and take the construction of smart cam-pus as an opportunity to promote the high-quality de-velopment of cadre education in Xizang from a new starting point.
