在中国共产党的领导下,中国式现代化在西藏地方得到了实践.从西藏的和平解放、民主改革至社会主义改造,这一阶段是西藏地方的现代化打下制度基础的时期;在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,西藏地方的现代化走上快速发展道路;进入新时代,高质量发展成为西藏地方现代化建设的重要特征.从中国式现代化在西藏地方的实践历程可以得出三点结论:中国共产党的领导是西藏地方的现代化发展的本质特征和根本保障;西藏各族人民群众是推动西藏地方现代化发展的主体力量;援藏是西藏地方现代化发展的重要特色.
Abstract
Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,Chinese path to modernization has been practiced in Xizang.The stage from the peaceful libera-tion of Xizang,to democratic reform,and to socialist transformation is a period in which the modernization of Xizang has laid the institutional foundation.In the new era of reform and opening up as well as socialist modernization,Xizang's local modernization has em-barked on a rapid development path.In the new era,high-quality development has become an important feature of Xizang's local modernization.Three conclusions can be drawn from the practice of Chinese path to modernization in Xizang:the leadership of the CPC is the essential feature and fundamental guarantee of the modernization development in Xizang;The people of all ethnic groups in Xizang are the main force in promoting the development of local modernization in Xizang;Assistance to Tibet is an important feature of the development of local modernization in Xizang.
