摘要
20世纪60-70年代,面对党内"左倾"思潮对科技事业的不利影响,周恩来大力支持国防尖端科技发展,保护科技工作者,尽力维护科研秩序;并支持邓小平主持的科技整顿,在基础研究和引进国外先进科技等方面提出了许多有价值的思想观点.这是我国科技事业在这一时期仍能取得若干成就的主要原因.
Abstract
In the 1960s and 1970s,faced with the adverse impact of the"left-leaning"trend of thought in the Party on science and technology,Zhou Enlai strongly supported the development of cutting-edge science and technology in national defense,protected scientific and technological workers,and tried his best to maintain the order of scientific research.Meanwhile,He supported the scientific and technological rectifica-tion presided over by Deng Xiaoping and put forward many valuable ideas in basic research and the intro-duction of foreign advanced science and technology.This was the main reason why China's scientific and technological undertakings could still make some a-chievements in this period.
