摘要
习近平总书记创造性地提出了"新质生产力"这一全新概念,这是对马克思主义生产力理论内涵的进一步丰富和创新.深刻理解和把握新质生产力与文化产业高质量发展的理论渊源和理论内涵至关重要.从作用机理来看,新质生产力有助于提升文化产业传统要素质量,培育高端生产要素;有助于延伸文化产业链条,优化文化产业结构;有助于构建文化服务生态圈,发展文化新业态.因此,以新质生产力驱动文化产业高质量发展需不断整合科技创新资源,深化文化产业数字化转型;完善人才工作机制,提供文化产业的人才支撑;健全现代文化产业体系,提高文化产业的运作效率.
Abstract
GeneralSecretary Xi Jinping creatively put forward the new concept of"new quality productive forces",which is a further enrichment and innovation of the connotation of Marxist productivity theory.It is very important to deeply understand and grasp the the-oretical origin and connotation of new quality productive forces and high-quality development of cul-tural industry.From the perspective of action mecha-nism,the new quality productive forces are helpful to improve the quality of traditional factors of cultural in-dustry and cultivate high-end production factors,to ex-tend the chain and optimize the structure of cultural in-dustry and to build a cultural service ecosystem and develop a new cultural business.Therefore,in order to drive the high-quality development of cultural industry with new quality productive forces,it is necessary to continuously integrate scientific and technological in-novation resources,deepen the digital transformation of cultural industry,improve the working mechanism of talents and provide talents support for cultural industry,upgrade the system of modern cultural indus-tries and make them more efficient.
