Practice experience and enlightenmentof digital driving rural revitalization——from domestic and international perspectives
As an effective driver for rural revital-ization,digital rural construction plays an important role in raising the income level of farmers,promoting agricultural upgrading,and breaking the dilemma be-tween rural development and ecological protection.Along with the continuous advancement of agricultural and rural digital construction,many experiences have been accumulated at home and abroad in industrial digitalization and governmental digitalization in rural areas,but they have also led to many new problems and challenges.In view of the impact of digital rural devel-opment on the promotion of China's agricultural devel-opment and rural revitalization,this paper analyses the opportunities and challenges brought by digital rural development for rural revitalization,summarizes the current situation of China's digital construction in agri-culture and rural areas and the various problems en-countered,and puts forward a targeted approach to pro-moting digital rural construction through the analysis of the typical cases in China and the digital governance models and advanced practices in rural areas of foreign countries.Through the analysis of domestic typical cases and foreign rural digital governance models and advanced practices,the optimization path of digital rural construction is proposed in a targeted manner,with a view to providing reference and basis for the ef-fective and sustainable promotion of rural revitalization in China.
