摘要
西藏具有重要的生态战略地位,但其生态系统极为脆弱,生态文明建设重要性和艰难性并存.本文在总结西藏生态环境保护与建设历史过程的基础上,对照习近平生态文明思想,构建了新时代西藏生态文明建设的生态系统论、生态平衡论、生态风险论、生态价值论和生态发展论,探讨西藏生态文明建设内在的理论逻辑关系,为西藏生态文明建设走在全国前列提供支撑.
Abstract
Xizang has an important ecological strategic position,but its ecosystem is extremely fragile,and the construction of ecological civilization is both important and difficult.On the basis of summarizing the historical process of ecological envi-ronment protection and construction in Xizang and comparing with Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization,this paper constructs the ecological system theory,ecological balance theory,ecological risk theory,ecological value theory and ecological develop-ment theory of ecological civilization construction in Xizang in the new era,discusses the internal theoretical and logical relations of ecological civilization construction in Xizang,and provides support for Xizang's ecological civilization construction to stand in the forefront of the country.
