科技支撑西藏生态文明建设的路径探析

摘要
以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视西藏生态文明建设和生态环境保护,习近平总书记多次作出重要指示批示,为美丽西藏建设提供了根本遵循.同时,习近平总书记强调在健全美丽中国建设保障体系中,要加强科技支撑.本文从重要生态系统功能提升等方面回顾了习近平生态文明思想在西藏的实践成效,以案例和数据梳理了科技支撑西藏生态文明建设作用,提出了西藏生态系统保护和修复过程中面临如污染物富集等问题,并从加强监测评估、科技攻关、人才培养、成果转化等方面提出科技支撑路径,以期为践行习近平生态文明思想提供参考.
Abstract
The CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has been attaching great importance to the ecological civilization construction and the eco-logical environment protection in Xizang.General Sec-retary Xi Jinping has made important instructions on many occasions,providing fundamental guidance for the construction of a beautiful Xizang.At the same time,he stressed the need to strengthen scientific and technological support in improving the security system for the construction of a beautiful China.This paper re-views the practical effects of Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization in Xizang from the aspects of improving the functions of important ecological systems.Based on cases and data,this paper summarizes the role of science and technology in sup-porting the construction of ecological civilization in Xi-zang,points out the problems faced in the protection and restoration of Xizang's ecosystem,such as the en-richment of pollutants,and puts forward the path of sci-entific and technological support from the aspects of strengthening monitoring and evaluation,scientific and technological research,personnel training,and achieve-ment transformation,so as to provide references for the practice of Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization.
