Theoretical logic and practical path for accelerating the formation of new qualitative productivity in border ethnicareas
General Secretary Xi Jinping has made an important statement of"accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces",providing a fundamental guideline for promoting high-quality de-velopment in China's border ethnic areas.For a long time,due to the influence of natural and historical con-ditions,the economic and social development of border ethnic areas has been relatively lagging behind,and the level of productivity is generally low.There are promi-nent problems of imbalanced productivity structures between and within regions,as well as between and within industries.Compared to developed areas,in the situation of imbalanced productivity structure,border ethnic areas should follow the internal logic of history,theory,and practice,explore the path of productivity leap that is in line with their own development reality,and accelerate the formation of regional new quality productivity.Border ethnic areas should widely apply digital and green technologies,accelerate the transfor-mation and upgrading of traditional industries,optimize regional productivity layout,coordinate the development of resource economy,park economy,and port economy,build a modern industrial system with advantages and characteristics of border ethnic areas,and continuously enhance the factor guarantee,innova-tion momentum,and open vitality of developing strategic emerging industries and future industries,pro-mote the qualitative evolution of old quality productivity towards digital intelligent productivity,and thereby achieve a structural leap from digital intelligent productivity to new quality productivity.
