Research on Xizang vocational education helping relative poverty governance in the context of rural revitalization
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of Chinahas made the major deploy-ment of"consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation"and emphasized that"it is necessary to coordinate the synergistic innovation of vocational education,higher education,and continuing education,promote the integration of vocational educa-tion and popularization,industry and education,science and education,and the optimization of the positioning of types of vocational education".This establishes a fundamental guideline for Xizang vocational education in the context of rural revitalization to assist in the management of relative poverty.However,from the per-spective of practice,there are still some problems such as lack of connection and improper matching between the"supply"of vocational education in Xizang and the"needs"of regional relative poverty management.To this end,this paper proposes an optimization path by raising questions and analyzing the research and rea-soning path of problems in order to offer suggestions for vocational education,rural revitalization and other social undertakings in Xizang in the new era:In terms of value orientation,it should be committed to achie-ving"from helping poverty alleviation to serving rural revitalization,from technical training to empowerment and empowerment,from macro inclusive benefits to precise docking";In terms of path selection,it should focus on the realization of"optimizing the grassroots environment in the system empowerment,building a'vo-cational education community'in the multi-subject co-construction and sharing,docking rural revitalization in model innovation,and stimulating social potential in precise pairing."
