Legal guarantee and realization path of rural revitalization
Rural revitalization is another important strategic measure for China's agricultural and rural de-velopment after poverty alleviation,and also a major political task arranged by the Party Central Committee.Rural revitalization requires a combination of measures,including economic development,social gov-ernance,talent security,grass-roots organizations,etc.,but every aspect is inseparable from the legal guarantee system.At present,there are still some defi-ciencies in the legal guarantee of rural revitalization in China.First,China has not yet formed a perfect legal guarantee system for rural revitalization;Second,the le-gal thinking of rural governance has not yet formed;Third,the supply of rural legal services is insufficient;And fourth,the rural legal environment needs to be im-proved.Therefore,it is necessary to find the path to re-alize the legal guarantee of rural revitalization,apply the legal system of rural revitalization to the actual effect,strengthen the local legislation of the grass-roots rural revitalization strategy,improve the grass-roots rural law enforcement system and mechanism,and pro-mote the construction of rural legal service system.
