Study on deepening the reform of government services and improving business environment——Take Nyingchi City in Xizang Autonomous Region as an example
A good business environment is an im-portant factor to stabilize market confidence and stimu-late the vitality of economic development,but also an important focus to achieve high-quality development and win regional competition.At present,Nyingchi City,with its own location advantages and unique re-source endowment,superimposes the huge development opportunities brought by the Sichuan-Xizang Railway construction,which provide good development conditions for the construction of a"reform and opening up pilot zone".In this context,it is urgent for Nyingchi City to optimize the business environment.This paper takes the reform of government services as the starting point,begins with the analysis of the relationship be-tween optimizing the business environment and the re-form of government services,and combines with the current realistic difficulties faced by the reform of gov-ernment services in Nyingchi City,draws on the suc-cessful practices and typical experiences of other prov-inces and cities,and proposes targeted optimization paths and strives to create a convenient,market-oriented and law-based business environment.
