Common prosperity is an essential re-quirement of socialism and an important feature of Chi-nese-style modernization.To promote the common prosperity and development of Xizang in the new era is not only an important economic issue,but also an im-portant political issue.The key is to grasp the internal logic of the factors affecting development,and correctly understand and handle the dialectical relationship be-tween the whole and the part,stability and development,co-construction and sharing,demand and reality from the perspective of theory and practice.We should identify the phased tasks for common prosperity and development in Xizang and fully understand the China and Xizang characteristics in the process of com-mon prosperity and development in Xizang,focus on the four main themes of national security,new develop-ment concepts,ecological protection,and strengthening the border,and do well in the four major jobs of stabili-ty,development,ecology,and strengthening the border,so as to steadily promote the common prosperity and development of Xizang.
