Study on the Evaluation Index of China's Economic Innovation and Development
Innovation is the main driving force behind economic and social development,and also a key support for improving comprehensive national strength.Research shows that the total index of China's economic innovation and development in 2022 was 34.33,an increase of 47.60%compared to 2013,with an average annual growth rate of 4.4%.In the secondary indicators,the system and environment index increased from 6.42 to 8.96,the resource and input index increased from 3.80 to 6.38,and the output and benefit index increased from 13.03 to 18.99.From the perspective of various regions,the innovation development index of economically developed regions is generally higher than that of economically underdeveloped regions,and there is no obvious convergence trend between developed and underdeveloped regions in terms of system and environment,resources and inputs,output and benefits.To promote innovative development in the future,we should further adhere to the"dual wheel"drive of scientific and technological innovation and institutional innovation,play the role of the new national system,and create a better policy and institutional environment for innovative development.At the same time,we should strengthen basic research,accelerate the construction of a high-quality regional innovation system and narrow the gap in innovation development between regions.
