Construction of an Evaluation System for Performance Management of Government Investment Funds
Thepaper reviews the research on the performance evaluation of government investment funds and analyzes the problems existing in the current performance evaluation of government investment funds.By introducing the 3E performance evaluation theory,and in conjunction with the explorations of local government practices,a logic for generating performance indicators based on the demands of economy,efficiency,and effectiveness is established.This work allows for a tiered extraction and proposes a multi-dimensional,full-cycle performance evaluation framework.This provides a reference framework for the performance evaluation work of investment funds currently being carried out by governments at all levels.
