Construction of a New Legal Regulatory System in the Context of Digital Economy
As a new type of economic format,the digital economy,while changing human production,lifestyle,and governance models,will inevitably have pressure and influence on the existing legislation in the traditional economic context.It is urgent to accelerate the construction of a new legal regulatory system based on the characteristics and laws of digital technology and the development logic therein and provide legal protection for the high-quality development of the digital economy.Analyzing the challenges faced by legislation from a technological perspective,exploring the theoretical basis of legislation,and promoting theoretical innovation are necessary in the context of the digital economy.Research on the logic of the digital economy is also needed.Three key elements,ie the data elements,network platforms,and technological tools,are helpful when constructing a new legal regulatory system;we must adhere to the principle of multilateralism and actively participate in global rulemaking,contributing Chinese solutions and wisdom to the world.
