Establish a National Scientific and Technological Innovation System Adapted to the Development of New Quality Productivity
In the context of new era,the construction of a national science and technology innovation system has become the core engine to promote national development.Thus,how to build a national science and technology innovation system that adapts to the new quality productive forces,to cope with the increasingly fierce global science and technology competition,and further enhance the country's core competitiveness,has become a key issue that we must explore.The paper analyzes the development opportunities from three aspects:the new quality productive forces promote the comprehensive integration of scientific and technological innovation resources,the efficient transformation of achievements,and the upgrading of the strategic system.The paper further discusses the current development challenges from the dimensions of innovation subjects,innovation policy environment,innovation resource reserves,and innovation capabilities.It is suggested to accelerate the construction of a national scientific and technological innovation system that adapts to the new quality productive forces,through the improvement of new system fully supporting national science and technology innovation,the formation of a new engine for self-control innovation in key technologies,the consolidation of new strategies for strategic research in major innovation fields,the building of new environment for pooling different resources to promote scientific and technological innovation,the creation of new scenarios in which the empowerment of scientific and technological innovation research results could be systematically laid out.
