The Internal Logic and Realistic Choice of Urban-rural Integrated Development
The integrated development of urban and rural areas in the new era is a strategic initiative to further promote Chinese-style modernisation and achieve the second centenary goal.However,in the long-term development process,there is still room for optimising the one-way flow of some factors between urban and rural areas,and there is still a long way to go before realising the goal of two-way factor flow.Based on the internal logic of urban-rural integrated development,the paper analyses the dilemmas in the flow of demographic,economic,ecological and social factors in the light of the practical situation of urban-rural factor flow.Then it puts forward the realization path and development strategy of"talent as the centre","finance as the driving force","ecology as the starting point",and"public service as the base point",to solve the dilemma of urban-rural factor flow and promote urban-rural integrated development.
