Resilient Governance in the Construction of Grassroots Rule of Law in Grassroots Villages
At present,the rule of law in grassroots villages is characterized by the governance trend of"emphasizing resource integration,but not system integration or model integration",and the resilient governance,which is mainly characterized by adaptability and autonomy,can be used as a synergistic tool of the rule of law in grassroots villages to curb the trend.Resilient governance provides the rural grass-roots legal system with the synergistic function of structure compatibility,rule transformation and idea supplement,and has many instrumental values such as tangible effect and feasibility,simplification in problem-solving and necessity for application to realize the goal of rule of law in grassroots villages.Resilient governance has action logics of autonomous adaptation,compatibility innovation,developmental norms and public scrutiny.Practicing these action logics requires a holistic construction of organizational resilience,goal resilience,rule resilience,and mode resilience.
