The Internal Logic of Optimizing the Proportional Relationship among the Three Industries in the Process of Chinese Path to Modernization
In the process of Chinese path to modernization,what kind of proportional relationship should be presented among the three industries?This major issue is related to the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.Starting from the two classical models of the proportional relationship among the three industries in the process of industrialization in advanced countries,combined with the interpretation dilemma of the classical industrialization theory and the internal regulation of reasonably optimizing the proportional relationship among the three industries in the process of Chinese path to modernization,it is predicted that by 2035,the optimization of the proportional relationship among the three industries in China will steadily decline to about 5％in accordance with maintaining the proportion of the primary industry;Maintain the basic stability of the proportion of manufacturing industry and keep the proportion of the secondary industry at around 35％;Maintain the proportion of the tertiary industry at around 60％,and the proportion of productive services in the service industry at over 60％.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a systematic measure system for rationalizing the proportion structure of the three industries under the guidance of goals;Focusing on accelerating the development of new quality productive forces,continuously promoting the effective improvement of the quality of the primary and secondary industries;Taking the enhancement of the security and resilience level of the industrial and supply chains as the starting point,we will further consolidate the foundation of the primary and secondary industries.
