Promote and Ensure the Deep Participation of Philanthropic Forces In Grassroots Governance
Social groups,foundations,private non-profit organizations,corporate social responsibility departments,social enterprises,volunteer organizations,community social organizations,etc.constitute the main components of China's philanthropic forces.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the enhancement of charitable laws and policies,the role of China's philanthropic forces in grassroots governance has become increasingly prominent through improving policies,enhancing capabilities,etc.However,there are also challenges such as the need for improvement in party and government leadership,weak philanthropic forces,and the undeveloped state of community philanthropy.On the new journey,we should promote and ensure the comprehensive,in-depth,and sustainable participation of philanthropic forces in grass-roots governance by constructing positive political-social relationships,strengthening local theoretical support,compiling a directory of grass-roots governance,implementing relevant promotional measures,optimizing the trinity environment,etc.,so as to truly build a grass-roots social governance community where everyone is responsible,fulfills their duties,and shares the benefits.
