政府治理是国家治理的重要组成部分.《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》根据社会主要矛盾变化的新要求,抓住政府与市场的关系这个核心问题,在各方面改革相互协同配合中系统集成地部署,促进政府治理方式创新,完善宏观调控治理方式、市场监管治理方式、社会治理方式、公共服务方式、生态环境治理方式,通过法治、政策、数字化、绩效、预算、标准等路径,加快构建中国式现代政府治理方式,提高政府治理科学性和有效性.
Abstract
Government governance is an important part of state governance.The"Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization"is based on the requirements of solving the changes in the main contradictions in society in the initial stage of socialism,grasping the core issue of the relationship between the government and the market,systematically and integrally deploying the innovation of government governance methods in the coordination and cooperation of reforms in all aspects,and improving the governance methods of macro-control,market supervision,social governance,public services,and ecological environment governance,through the legal system,policies,numbers,budgets,standards and other paths.Accelerate the construction of a Chinese-style modern government governance mode,and improve the scientificity and effectiveness of government governance.
