Objective:To establish an evaluation system for the clinical thinking ability of ICU nurses,providing a reference basis for the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of ICU nurses.Methods:Using literature research methods and literature quality assessment methods to construct an evaluation index pool for the clinical thinking ability of ICU nurses.Through research group discussions,content analysis,and expert meetings combined with the letter inquiry method,an evaluation system for the clinical thinking ability of ICU nurses was established.Results:The evaluation system for clinical thinking ability of ICU nurses includes 3 first level indicators and 30 second level indicators.The recovery rate of expert inquiry questionnaire was 100％,and the average expert authority coefficient was 0.83.The average importance score of the first and second level indicators in the evaluation of clinical thinking ability of ICU nurses was ≥4.5 points.Conclusion:The evaluation system for clinical thinking ability of ICU nurses constructed through research is reliable,scientific,and practical,providing a reference basis for the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of ICU nurses and the reform of specialized nurse teaching mode.
