目的:系统评价腹膜透析病人衰弱发生情况.方法:系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science等数据库中关于腹膜透析病人衰弱的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2023年8月1日.由2名研究者筛选、评价文献,2名研究者提取数据,1名研究者再次核对数据.采用Stata 16.0进行Meta分析.结果:共纳入18篇文献,外文文献15篇,中文文献3篇,涉及3 261例腹膜透析病人.腹膜透析病人衰弱发生率合并效应量RR为0.47[95％CI(0.34,0.60)].结论:现有证据显示,腹膜透析病人衰弱发生率较高,应重视对其的识别与干预.
Frailty in peritoneal dialysis patients:a Meta-analysis
Objective:To systematically evaluate the incidence of frailty in peritoneal dialysis(PD)patients.Methods:The relevant literature on frailty in PD patients was systematically retrieved from CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,PubMed,CINAHL,Web of Science,from the establishment of the database to August 1,2023.Two researchers screened and evaluated the literature,two researchers extracted data,and one researcher re-checked the data.Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 16.0.Results:A total of 18 articles were included,including 15 foreign articles and 3 Chinese articles,involving 3 261 PD patients.The RR value of the incidence of frailty in PD patients was 0.47(95％CI 0.34-0.60).Conclusions:The existing evidence shows the incidence of frailty is high in PD patients,and the medical staff should pay more attention to its identification and intervention.
