Construction of a comprehensive management program for frailty in patients with chronic heart failure
Objective:To construct an evidence-based comprehensive management program for frailty in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:A preliminary comprehensive management program for frailty in CHF patients was formed through evidence summary and group meeting discussion.A total of 26 experts from 11 domestic hospitals were selected to conduct two rounds of expert consultations from March to April 2024.They revised the items of the comprehensive management program for frailty in CHF patients.Results:The questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultations was 100.00%,respectively.The authority coefficients of the experts were 0.862 and 0.853,respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.066 and 0.074,respectively.The final formed comprehensive management program for frailty in CHF patients included 8 first-level items,25 second-level items,and 63 third-level items.Conclusions:The comprehensive management program for frailty in CHF patients is scientific and feasible,which could provide a reference for the management of frailty in CHF patients.
