Current Situation and Quality Improvement Countermeasures and Sug-gestions of Cultivated Land Protection in Lhasa
This paper collates and collects documents and materials related to the cultivated land protection in some countries,expounds the signifi-cance of the cultivated land protection,introduces the status quo of cultivated land protection in Lhasa,analyzes the existing practical problems and shortcomings,and puts forward:1.Do a good job in the third soil survey of Lhasa city,identify the focus and breakthrough points of cultivated land protection;2.Increase input in preferential policies,capital and human resources and technology for cultivated land protection,and gradually estab-lish a compensation and reward mechanism for regional cultivated land protection;3.Improve the cultivated land quality monitoring network system in Lhasa,improve the transformation and utilization of cultivated land monitoring,investigation and evaluation results,and provide references for peers in cultivated land protection and farmland construction management in Tibet.
