Effect of Different Planting Areas and Varieties on the Quality of Highland Barley
This study aims to preliminarily analyze the differences in nutritional composition of the same variety planted in different locations and dif-ferent varieties planted on the same plot. The results showed that the same highland barley variety had differences in nutritional composition and pro-tein content due to different soil and climate conditions when planted in different locations.Among them, the protein content of the Xila series of high-land barley varieties was generally higher than that of other varieties. There is a significant difference in nutritional composition among different high-land barley varieties grown in the same location, and colored highland barley has signifiicantly higher levels of anthocyanins than other highland barley varieties.Overall, the nutrient content of the same variety of highland barley is not only related to the characteristics of the variety itself, but also to the climate and soil nutrients of the planting site.
