论南朝吴会地区的戍与戍主

摘要
戍是南北朝时期存在的一种军事单位,多设立在边境地带或内地要津、都邑,在不同时期和地域展现出不同的特点.南朝诸政权设立在统治腹地吴会地区的戍规模大小不一,有常设和临时之分,具有扼守交通要道、镇压内部反抗、防范并打击边海寇盗等军事职能,但与边境地带的戍主侵夺太守权力、兼管地方民政财政相比,吴会的戍没有税收职能,戍主不具备干涉地方财政的权力,且基本上是单任,不兼它职.吴会的戍内部有等级之分,戍主与中央朝廷、地方州郡县各级政府有着复杂的隶属关系,并且随着形势的变化而变化.
Abstract
Shu was a kind of military unit that existed during the Northern and Southern Dynasties.It was mostly established in the bor-der zone or the traffic arteries and cities of the hinterland,showing different characteristics in different periods and regions.Shu estab-lished by the regimes of the Southern Dynasties in the Wukuai area vary in size and are classified as permanent or temporary.They have military functions such as guarding the main traffic,suppressing internal resistance,preventing and fighting against pirates at the border.However,compared with the Border Zone's Shuzhu,Wukuai's Shu have no tax function,and its Shuzhu have no power to interfere with local finances.Wukuai's Shuzhu basically do not hold other official positions.Wukuai's Shu may be graded.The Shuzhu have complex subordinate relations with the central-government and local governments.This affiliation changes with the change of the situation.
