青年思政课教师队伍建设的四个着力点

摘要
思想政治理论课(以下简称"思政课")是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,办好思政课关键在教师,青年思政课教师是思政课教师队伍的中坚力量,其各方面的素质会直接影响思政课的最终成效,影响培养可堪大用、能担重任栋梁之材的进程.青年思政课教师队伍建设要牢牢把握在马信马、在马研马、在马教马、在马行马四个着力点,坚定马克思主义理想信念,提升研读经典、科学研究能力,创新教学形式,提高教学水平,自觉积极践行马克思主义.
Abstract
The ideological and political theory course(hereinafter referred to as"ideological and political course")is the key course to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people,and the key to running a good ideological and political course is the teacher,the young ideological and political course teachers are the backbone of the ideological and political course teachers,and their quality in all aspects will directly affect the final effect of the ideological and political course,affect the process oftraining people who can be useful and can take on important responsibilities.The construction of the team of young ideological and political teachers should firmly grasp the four focus points of believing in horses,researching horses,teaching horses,and walking horses,firmly strengthen Marx-ist ideals and beliefs,improve the ability to study classics and scientific research,innovate teaching forms,improve teaching levels,and consciously and actively practice Marxism.
