摘要
思想政治教育专业硕士研究生培养质量的高低直接关系到我国未来建设者的综合品质.因此,需要针对"生源质量、师资队伍、条件设施、管理制度"等影响因素予以客观认识和理性分析,以不断提升思想政治教育专业硕士研究生的培养质量.具体而言,严格把控生源质量,端正"读研"目的,引导理性报考,加试思想政治教育专业的基础内容,构建促学奖学以及淘汰制度;提高师资队伍质量,建立科学合理的导师遴选制度、分配制度、考核和评价制度以及退出机制;改善培养条件和设施,建立有效的社会实践基地,充分发挥高校青年网络自治组织以及"学习强国"等学习平台的功效;科学规划管理机制,特别强调优化教学管理机制,建立硕士生科研资助机制,构建毕业生反馈调查机制.
Abstract
The quality of graduate education in ideological and political education is directly related to the comprehensive quality of fu-ture builders in China.Therefore,it is necessary to objectively understand and rationally analyze the influencing factors such as"quality of students,faculty,conditions,facilities,and management systems",in order to continuously improve the quality of graduate students in ideological and political education.Specifically,we must strictly control the quality of student sources,rectify the purpose of"graduate study",guide rational application,add basic content of ideological and political education,and establish a system for promoting scholar-ships and eliminating students;ensure the quality of teachers,and establish scientific and reasonable supervisor selection system,distri-bution system,assessment and evaluation system,and exit mechanism;improve training conditions and facilities,establish effective social practice bases,and give full play to the effectiveness of autonomous of organizations university youth network and learning platforms such as"learning power";scientificly plan management mechanism and the Special emphasis should be placed on optimizing the teaching management mechanism,establishing a research funding mechanism for graduate students,and constructing a feedback survey mecha-nism for graduates.
