卓越教师培养是近年来师范院校普遍开展的工程项目,文章结合忻州师范学院数学系"卓越教师培养"的实践经验,围绕实践教学不断线、"思政教育"不断线、过程评价不断线的三条主线,从培养理念、培养路径、德育养成、技能培养、协同培养、质量评价六个维度对卓越教师培养模式进行了探索与实践.通过"三线六维"模式的实施,实现了卓越教师的培养目标,推动了师范院校卓越教师培养模式的创新,为师范院校卓越教师的培养模式提供可能的参考.
Exploration on the Cultivation Mode of Excellent Mathematics Teachers With"Three Wire Six Dimensions"Construction Concept
Excellent teacher training is a project commonly carried out in normal colleges in recent years.Based on the practical experi-ence of"Excellent teacher Training"of the mathematics Department of Xinzhou Normal University,this paper focuses on three main lines:practice teaching,ideological and political education and process evaluation.This paper explores and practices the cultivation mode of excellent teachers from six dimensions:cultivation idea,cultivation path,moral education,skill cultivation,collaborative cultiva-tion and quality evaluation.Through the implementation of the"three lines and six dimensions"mode,the training goal of excellent teachers has been achieved.It promotes the innovation of the training mode of excellent teachers in normal colleges and provides possi-ble reference for the training mode of excellent teachers in normal colleges and universities.
