摘要
农村社会工作人才作为乡村治理人才的重要组成部分,是推动乡村社会治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键力量,关系到乡村社会治理的有效性与活力.目前,L市农村社会工作人才队伍在建设过程中存在职业化发展迟缓、专业化程度不高、社会工作机构发展滞后以及人才外流严重的问题.文章认为加大社会宣传力度、完善本土化职业发展制度、提升社工专业水平、培育发展社会工作机构以及完善政策吸引更多人才,有助于建设训练有素又具备地方性知识、熟悉政府工作又能扎根基层的社会工作人才队伍.
Abstract
As an important part of rural governance talents,rural social work talents are the key force to promote the modernization of ru-ral social governance system and governance capacity,and are related to the effectiveness and vitality of rural social governance.At pres-ent,there are problems of slow development of professionalization,low degree of specialization,lagging development of social work insti-tutions and serious brain drain in the process of building the rural social work talents in L city.The article considers that stepping up so-cial publicity,improving the localized career development system,upgrading the professional standard of social workers,nurturing the development of social work organizations and improving policies to attract more talents will help to build a social work workforce that is well-trained yet possesses local knowledge,is familiar with the work of the Government and is able to put down roots at the grassroots level.
