摘要
人工智能技术的应用是当前的趋势,而传统的档案管理模式已不能满足现在的需求,研究目光聚焦于人工智能技术与档案管理工作紧密结合,有助于提高高校档案管理工作的效率和信息安全.文章从智能档案检索与管理出发,提供对未来高校档案管理中人工智能应用的趋势分析和决策支持,为高校决策者发挥其人工智能技术的作用提供了参考.
Abstract
The application of artificial intelligence technology is the current trend,but the traditional file management mode can no lon-ger meet the needs of the present.The purpose of the research is to combine artificial intelligence technology with file management closely,which is helpful to improve the efficiency and information security of archives management in colleges and universities.From the point of view of intelligent file retrieval and management,this paper analyzes the trend of artificial intelligence application in university archives management in the future and provides a reference for university decision makers to play the role of artificial intelligence tech-nology.
