应用型高校课程思政落实立德树人任务的反思——基于问卷和访谈的研究

课程思政建设是高等教育研究热点和改革趋势.为了考察应用型高校课程思政落实立德树人任务的现状,文章在积极开展课程思政建设的应用型高校中展开调查问卷和半结构式访谈,采用定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法,对收集到的365 份学生调查问卷和8 份任课教师访谈记录进行分析,仔细调研了课程思政建设的方法、实效、学生期待和教师反馈并展开讨论.研究表明,当前应用型高校课程思政建设已在激发学生学习主动性、养成良好学习习惯、提高思维能力和分析解决问题的能力、积极传播中华优秀传统文化等方面取得显著成效,但在教师队伍建设、课堂教学设计、教材更新完善、评价体系构建上仍需进一步做深做细.
The ideological-political construction is a hot topic and reform trend in higher education research.In order to investigate the current situation of implementing the task of cultivating morality and cultivating people in the ideological-political construction in appli-cation-oriented universities,this study conducts questionnaires and semi-structured interviews in an application-oriented university that is actively carrying out the ideological-political construction.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,the collected 365 students'questionnaires and 8 interview records of teachers are analyzed,and the methods and effectiveness of the ideolog-ical-political construction are carefully investigated.Also,students'expectations and teachers'feedback are analyzed.Research has shown that the current ideological-political construction of courses in application-oriented university has achieved significant results in stimulating students'learning initiative,cultivating good learning habits,improving their thinking ability and ability to analyze and solve problems,and actively disseminating the excellent traditional Chinese culture.However,further efforts need to be made in the construc-tion of teacher teams,teaching design,textbook updating and evaluation system construction.
