新时代我国高校网络文化安全的现实困境与因应路径

网络文化安全不仅具有新时代命题,且是落实习近平总书记"总体国家安全观"战略思想的重点课题.迨及新时代,伴随网络全球化与文化冲突性,我国网络文化快速发展的同时呈现渗透性、霸权性、芜杂性、消极性等特征表象,进而引致大学生思想政治教育面临现实困境.有鉴于此,建设马克思主义理论的网络宣扬阵地、运用社会主义核心价值体系引领网络思政教育、提升高校教管队伍的网络文化安全素养及加强网络文化安全的综合协同治理等因应路径,成为形塑和完善新时代中国高校网络文化安全体系的坚实举措及必由进路.
The Dilemma of Network Culture Security in China and the Path of Ideological and Political Education for College Students
The key topic of strategic thought World and the 21st century,with network globalization and cultural conflict,our country's network culture is fast.At the same time,the rapid development presents the characteristics of penetration,hegemony,clutter,negativity and so on,which leads to the thoughts of college students.The real dilemma of political education.In view of this,the construction of Marxist theory of the network propaganda position,the use of socialism The core value system leads the network ideological and political education,improves the network cultural safety literacy of the teaching and management team in colleges and universities,and strength-ens the network literature.The comprehensive and collaborative management for security has become a solid measure to shape and im-prove the network cultural security system of Chinese colleges and universities.It is also a necessary way to carry out the strategic thought of overall national security concept in the new era and realize the goal of the growth and talent of Chinese college students.
