摘要
相对于画法几何中曲面立体相贯线展开图方法,应用计算机技术探求一种更实用的展开图求解方法.在计算机辅助设计技术(CAD)层面上创建圆柱相贯体三维模型、提取相贯线轮廓线和空间数据;在科学数据处理技术层面上应用MATLAB编程完成相贯线空间数据的导入、逐点排序和坐标变换过程,生成主管和支管的相贯线展开图;在可行性技术层面上开展主管和支管相贯线的缩尺模型验证,表明展开图生成过程的正确性和可行性,将本文方法命名为计算机建模法.充分利用AutoCAD的建模优势和MATLAB的科学计算优势,实现了圆柱体相贯线的正确求解过程,显示了其较好的技术性和实用性,可为建筑钢结构工程中相贯线加工制作提供实用的解决方案,也可为画法几何相贯线教学提供启发性和创新性的教学案例.
Abstract
Compared to the method of unfolding the intersecting lines of curved surfaces in descriptive geometry,a more practical method for solving the unfolding diagram was explored by using computer technology.At the level of computer aided design(CAD)technology,a three-dimensional model of cylindrical intersecting bodies is constructed along with separated intersecting lines and extracted spatial data.At the level of scientific data processing technology,MATLAB is applied to complete the main steps of importing data,point by point sorting,coordinate transformation,and generating data of intersecting line,and the planar unfolded drawings of the main and branch pipes separately.At the feasibility technical level,based on scaled model,validation of the intersecting body and intersecting lines of the main and branch pipes are carried out,indicating the feasibility of the method proposed in the paper,which is summarized as the computer modeling method.By fully utilizing the modeling advantages of AutoCAD and the scientific calculation advantages of MAT-LAB,the correct solution process of cylinder intersection lines has been achieved,demonstrating its good technical and practical capabil-ities.It can provide practical solutions for the processing and production of intersection lines in the architectural steel structure engineer-ing,as well as inspiring and innovative teaching cases for intersection line in descriptive geometry.
