Research on the Influence of Information-Based Teaching Methods on the Improvement of Teaching Ability of Graduate Tutors in Universities
Under the background of education digitization strategy action,it is particularly important to continuously improve the informa-tization teaching ability of college graduate tutors.Based on the questionnaire survey data of 221 postgraduate tutors in colleges and uni-versities,the evaluation index system of teaching ability of postgraduate tutors was constructed,and the indexes were measured by prin-cipal component analysis,and the ordered Logit model of the influence of informatised teaching means on teaching ability was estab-lished.The study found that:firstly,informatised teaching means can significantly enhance the teaching ability of college graduate in-structors;secondly,the heterogeneity regression results show that informatised teaching means have a stronger promotion effect on the teaching ability of male instructors,and the enhancement effect on the teaching ability of science instructors is about twice as much as that of arts instructors.The research results provide a new research perspective and method for improving the teaching ability of graduate tutors in universities,and have certain reference value for the research of digitization of higher education.
