应用型高校教学管理存在的突出问题与改革

摘要
应用型高校教学管理涉及到行政管理和学术管理,既需要管理机制、管理制度上改革,也需要从教育理念上、管理措施上创新.针对当前部分应用型高校教育理念落后、形式主义盛行、管理工作混乱、双能型师资薄弱、教学手段落后等问题进行剖析,进而提出以此为抓手,通过正确认识教育本质、转变管理观念,坚持实事求是、回归教育本位,改进管理手段、主动服务教学,强化教师管理、提高教学质量,遵循实验规律、提升实验成效等改革举措,着力提升应用型高校教学管理水平,不断提高人才培养质量.
Abstract
The teaching management of application-oriented universities involves administration and academic management,which needs not only the reform of management mechanism and management system,but also the innovation of education idea and management meas-ures.In view of the backward educational concept,the prevalence of formalism,the confusion of management,the weakness of dual-abili-ty teachers and the backward teaching methods in some applied colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems,and puts for-ward the following suggestions:By correctly understanding the nature of education,changing the concept of management,adhering to the Seek truth from facts and returning to the educational standard,improving the means of management and actively serving teaching,strengthening the management of teachers and improving the quality of teaching,according to the experimental law,improve the experi-mental effect and other reform measures,focus on improving the level of teaching management in application-oriented colleges and uni-versities,and constantly improve the quality of personnel training.
