师德需要的伦理困局及其出路

师德需要是师德发展的内在动因.道德主体论关注教师个体的师德需要,同时造成了师德需要极端个体化,极易陷入个体师德需要的"伦理困局".伦理困局会使教师个体陷入自我中心的师德发展困境,更会造成师德的削弱甚至崩塌.师德需要伦理困局形成的主要原因是教育伦理精神的缺位.因此,我们需要重新审视师德需要及其生态,从教师教育、教育环境等方面入手,强化师德需要的伦理特质,确保师德需要的正当性与合理性,引导教师在个体道德需要满足中实现教师道德人格的自我完善.
The Ethical Dilemma of Teachers'Moral Needs and Its Way Out
The need of teachers'morality is the internal motivation of the development of teachers'morality.The theory of moral subject pays attention to teachers'individual moral needs,which leads to the extreme individualization of teachers'moral needs,which is very easy to fall into the"ethical dilemma"of individual teachers'moral needs.Ethical dilemma will make teachers fall into the dilemma of self-centered development of teachers'morality,and will also weaken or even collapse teachers'morality.The main reason for the ethical dilemma of teachers'morality is the absence of educational ethical spirit.Therefore,we need to re-examine teachers'moral needs and their ecology.Strengthen the ethical characteristics of teachers'moral needs from the aspects of teachers'education and educational envi-ronment,ensure the legitimacy and rationality of teachers'moral needs,and guide teachers to realize the self-improvement of teachers'moral personality in the satisfaction of individual moral needs.
