The author of Continuation of Emperors'Study which was read in lecture during Emperor Ningzong of the Song Dynasty was Li Zhi,and the number of volume of the book which edited together with this book and Fan Zuyu's Emperors'Study was ten.The contents of this book were Emperor Zhezong,Huizong,Qinzong,Gaozong and Xiaozong's annua learning records.The material resource of the Northern Song Dynasty part was the Long Draft Continuation of the Comprehensive Mirror That Aids Administration,and Xiaozong's part was original edition of the Emperor Xiaozong's Saint Governance.But we can't get the exact resource of Emperor Gaozong's part.Continu-ation of Emperors'Study had lost,the contents reserved in Liu Kezhuang's Rough Draft of Genealogy contained twelve scattered writings of this book,and two of them could remedy the lack of Emperor Huizong's part in the Long Draft Continuation of the Comprehensive Mir-ror That Aids Administration.
