Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Tourism Development Residents'Satisfaction With Frontier Tourism Under the Background of Quality Tourism——An Empirical Study on Dandong
Quality tourism is in line with people's yearning for a better life in tourism and provides new directions and ideas for promo-ting the development of tourism destinations.From the perspective of residents of tourism destinations,this study constructs a"residents satisfaction model of border tourism destinations",and takes Dandong as an example to make a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of residents'satisfaction.The results show that the"evaluation model of residents'satisfaction with frontier tourism destinations"has good applicability,and the evaluation results are relatively relevant.Residents'satisfaction with the development of tourism in Dandong is at a medium level,in the order of economic impact＞cultural impact＞social impact＞environmental impact.Residents score the lowest on environmental impact satisfaction,and environmental factors should be paid attention to.The study suggests that in the process of moving towards quality tourism,Dandong should be guided by quality services and improve the satisfaction monitoring mechanism,com-munity participation and environmental protection.In order to provide reference and value for the development of tourism in other border destinations towards high-quality processes.
