Research on the Optimization Path of the Implementation of Rural Medical and Elderly Care Integration Policy under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Taking H Province as an Example
The high-quality development of medical and elderly care integration depends on the efficient imple-mentation and top-level design of relevant policies.With the accelerating process of population aging in our country,the issue of elderly care in rural areas has gradually received high attention from people.The sustainable development of high-quality rural elderly care services is closely related to rural revitalization.As the main battlefield for elderly care,rural areas have a relatively large proportion of the elderly population.Solving the elderly care problem in rural areas is a key and difficult point in building a multi-level rural elderly care security system.The article is based on Smith's policy implementation theory to analyze the problems in the implementation process of the medical and elderly care integration policy in H Province,and proposes suggestions from the perspective of rural revitalization,in order to promote the comprehensive improvement of the elderly care service quality and the overall system level of the rural medical and elderly care integration model.
