数字经济背景下,数字农业是人工智能、大数据、物联网、云计算、区块链、5G等数字技术全面介入农业产业链、供应链和价值链而生成的一种新的农业发展形态和农业发展模式.作为一种新的发展形态和发展模式,数字农业的本质属性主要包括先进性、普惠性、集聚性和可持续性等四个方面.数字农业的出现,是人类农业发展历史上的一场生产力革命,不仅极大提升了农业全要素生产率,拓展、完善和深化了农业产业链和供应链,更是通过升级农业价值链而推动现代农业实现了高质量发展的愿景目标,进而推动人类农业发展历史上第一次呈现出农产品数量与质量"双增"、生产成本降低与生产效率提升"共举"以及生产规模扩大与生产效益增加"并行"的态势与格局.数字农业创造、增值、拓展了传统农业所无法企及的经济价值、社会价值、生态价值和文化价值,重塑了现代农业的价值创造与价值分配体系.
The Essential Attributes and Value Creation of Digital Agriculture
In the context of the digital economy,digital agriculture is a new form and model of agricultural development generated by the comprehensive involvement of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,the Internet of things,cloud computing,blockchain,and 5G in the agricultural industry chain,supply chain,and value chain.As a new form and mode of development,the essential attributes of digital agriculture mainly include progressiveness,inclusiveness,agglomeration and sustainability.The emergence of digital agriculture is a productivity revolution in the history of human agricultural development.It not only greatly enhances the total factor productivity of agriculture,expands,improves,and deepens the agricultural industry chain and supply chain,but also promotes the vision of high-quality development of modern agriculture by upgrading the agricultu-ral value chain,thereby promoting the first"double increase"in the quantity and quality of agricultural products.The trend and pattern of reducing production costs and improving production efficiency,as well as expanding production scale and increasing production efficiency in parallel.Digital agriculture has created,added value,and expanded economic,social,ecological,and cultural values that traditional agriculture cannot achieve,reshaping the value creation and distribution system of modern agriculture.
